Q: How many guests may I invite?
A: Our party packages include up to 20 participating children.
Q: Can I have more than one (1) birthday child?
A: Yes, you can have an additional birthday child however there is a $15 charge.
Q: What if I have more children than allowed in the packages?
A: You will be charged an additional $6.00 fee for each child. Children are ages 12 &
younger.
Q: Some of my guests are older than 12 years old. Are they allowed to jump?
A: We prefer that children over the age of 12 to NOT actively participate. If necessary,
we will make exceptions but they must be cautious of the younger children. We ask
that adults jump only when assisting children UNDER THE AGE OF 3 years old.
Q: Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc.?
A: No...however, we will set up the party room so that you can easily serve your guests.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A: All food and drinks must be consumed in our party room. We do NOT allow any
outside HOT foods. You can bring cake, drinks, sandwiches, meat, cheese, fruit or
veggie trays and dry snack items such as chips, pretzels, cookies or candy. We
encourage you to bring plenty of drinks for your party guests, don't forget the adults.
We sell juice boxes and soda's for an additional fee. Absolutely no other outside food
may be brought in.
Q: Can I bring alcohol for the adults?
A: No alcohol is allowed in our facility.
Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
A. Our party rooms are decorated therefore we ask that nothing be hung on the walls.
No pinatas, confetti or silly string will be allowed.
Q: When do I need a final number of children attending the party?
A: We do not need a final count of children attending your party.
Q: How many slices are in a large pizza and how many does that feed?
A. A large comes cut into 16 slices. The Super Bounce Party package includes 3 large
pizzas. We can cut the slices smaller on request. You may want to order additional
pizza for the adults. We will box up any leftovers for you to take home at the end of your
party.
Q: When do I need to arrive?
A: We ask that you and your guests arrive no more than 5 minutes before your party
time. This will allow time to sign the waiver and remove your shoes. You will not be
allowed to enter the bounce room until the exact time that your party begins.
Q: Do I need to bring my own paper products?
A: For your convenience we provide generic plates, napkins, forks and invitations.
Q: What if I want a themed party?
A: Feel free to bring your own paper products for any theme you choose, but our party
packages are all-inclusive and no deductions will be made.
Q: What comes in your Party Favor Bags?
A: Our Party Favor Bags are $2.50 each and include a bag filled with 10 to 12 items
such as: a Sticky Hand, Tattoo, Bottle of Bubbles, Pinwheel, Kazoo, Paper Blowout,
Piece of Gum, Candy-Filled Straws, Suckers, Candy Bracelets, Gliders and other
novelty items.
Q: What if more/less children show up the day of the party after I have placed
my order for pizza?
A: The pizza order is NOT finalized until you arrive. However, once the pizza order is
placed, it cannot be reduced. You may take any additional unused pizza home.
Q: What if I want more than a 2-hour party?
A: Generally, parties are only allowed two hours. You may purchase as many two hour
party sessions back-to-back as you would like.
Q: Is cake included in your party packages?
A: Yes, in the Super Bounce Package only. Or we can provide just a cake for your party
at an additional cost of $25 per 1/2 sheet, which feeds 40 - 48 people. Each cake is
decorated with the colorful Bounce Town Logo. You may choose chocolate or white
cake with buttercream icing.
Q: What if I want to bring my own cake?
A: You may bring your own cake. Don't forget the cake cutter and candles!
Q: How many parties will be going on at the time of my party?
A: Your party will have private use of the bounce room for the first hour and 15 minutes.
Then your guests will move to your private party room for the final 45 minutes to open
presents and eat cake! In order to keep each party private, we do not allow use of the
party room during your bounce time and you will NOT be allowed to re-enter the
bounce room after your party time.
Q: Where do you purchase your pizza?
A: Our pizzas are from Napoli's in Wylie. We do not endorse them and are not
responsible for their quality. All comments should be directly addressed to their
management.
Q: Will I be charged for infants and small children attending the party?
A: Any child that is taking an active part in the party (i.e. bouncing or eating pizza) will
be added to the guest list of the party.
Q: What are the start times for the parties?
A: Weekend party times are 10:15am, 11:30am, 12:45pm, 2:00pm, 3:15pm, 4:30pm,
5:45pm, 7:00pm and 8:15pm. Weekday times can vary.
Q: What do I have to do to reserve a party time?
A: All of our packages require a $50.00 deposit. This $50.00 is applied to the total cost
of the party. We accept cash and Visa/Mastercard or Discover credit cards.
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: No, all party deposits are non-refundable. However, with a one week advance notice,
we will be happy to reschedule your party.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Bounce Town accepts cash and Visa/Mastercard or Discover credit cards. There is
a discount if you pay with cash!!
Q: Does Bounce Town rent bounce houses?
A: No...Bounce Town does not rent bounce houses.
Q: Is Parent's Night Out every Friday night?
A: Parent's Night Out is scheduled on various nights each month. The exact date will
be published on the Parent's Night Out page.
